This section provides access to a large selection of resources on the legislative function of parliament. It focuses on the lawmaking process, legislative drafting, and the role of parliamentary committees in preparing, examining and enacting legislation. In an effort to mainstream gender in the various parliamentary functions, resources also include tools to strengthen the MPs' and staff's capacity to assess and produce gender-sensitive legislation.
